[Maintenance Construction Case] Factory Roof Leak Repair Work

We received a request from a customer stating, "Recently, there has been a leak in the factory, and when it rains, the floor becomes flooded. We can't figure out the cause ourselves, so we would like to ask for an investigation into the cause and repairs for the leak." We promptly visited the site and began our investigation in the attic. By tracing the water droplet marks, we discovered that the leak was coming from the ventilation fan area. We focused our investigation on that area and identified that the deterioration of the caulking on the roof side was the cause. We received feedback saying, "After the repairs, it rained continuously for several days, but there were no leaks at all.
